Clients reviews about A2Z Solutions Real Estate

I recently had an outstanding experience with A2Z Solutions Real Estate, particularly thanks to their exceptional agent, Fatima. My wife and I were looking to settle on Reem Island, specifically at the Gate and Arc Towers, and A2Z made the entire rental process seamless. From the start, Fatima was incredibly supportive, addressing all our concerns and ensuring transparency at every step. Given my previous experiences with less reliable agencies, I was initially hesitant, but Fatima's thoroughness and professionalism quickly put my mind at ease. Renting or buying property in the UAE can be daunting due to the financial commitments involved, and it's crucial to work with trustworthy professionals. A2Z and Fatima have proven to be exactly that. Highly recommend their services! ~ Thaju Z

As a new comer to Abu Dhabi it was a struggle for me to find a nice place for many reasons. However, dealing with Sahil has helped me to get an apartment within my requirements and budget. Sahil is very professional, responsive, honest and polite- he kept me up to date with all details in timely manner and handles all requests instantly, which something I appreciate the most. In addition, he has a keen eye and good knowledge in the market and the locations, and all the fine details in the apartment. Even after he finalized all the paper work for me, he walked me through the process of registering with water, electricity and chiller. I would recommend anyone seeking a place in Abu Dhabi to reach to Sahil to have a lovely and relaxing experience. Thank you Sahil. ~ Omar S

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Muhammed Shameel from A2Z when I was searching for a flat on Reem Island His responsiveness really stood out to me. The communication with them was attentive, professional, and efficient, which was very helpful for me, as I had a tight timeline. He is very knowledgeable about the properties that are available and he was able to quickly identify the units that would meet my requirements based on the information I provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a leasing agent that is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. If you want an agent who prioritizes your needs and responds quickly, Muhammed Shameel is definitely the person to work with. ~ SHEHIN Z

I recently rented an apartment with the help of Mr. Muhammed Shameel from A2Z. The agent is enthusiastic and passionate about his work, this attitude really helped me in choosing the right home for my family. A2Z representative took remarkable care to ensure customer satisfaction, starting from viewing apartment, booking a unit, processing the paperworks and move in. Eventhough I could only give a short notice for move in, the A2Z agent and facility management company handled everything like a breeze. Shameel even helped me, find genuine vendors for household essentials and decorative products. Thanks to A2Z and Muhammed Shameel for suggesting me the right home. ~ Jishnu P

Our agent Fathima was amazing as always. This is the second time we have been dealing with her. I have referred her to my friends and family who as well voiced the same feedback about Fathima. Fathima is always easily reachable. She is very punctual, always make it to the time of appointment. She is very realistic. She give accurate informations. If she don’t know about a query we ask, she says she don’t know and will return back to us with an answer. Real estate agent arena is tricky with so many crooks. She is an exceptional case among many agents. I myself had very bad experience with an agent and landlord. When I buy or rent a propety here in UAE, Fathima will be my choice of agent as she works with great ethics. She has a detailed knowledge about the market trends. I have referred her at least 5 families in the last 4 years and I never had any bad comment from them yet. She is an inevitable asset to her firm. ~ Al S

After moving to Abu dhabi, finding the right apartment was the biggest challenge we faced. Had interaction with multiple agents who were keen to make us take any apartment quickly so that they get the commision. I met Razal from A2Z randomly and finally ended up with the right apratment we were looking for. Unlike many agents, Razal is very proffesional and commited to what he does. He asked the requirements and shortlisted some apartments and helped us in each and every steps and was always reachable for any query. Highly reccomend his service for anyone who is seeking a new place in Abu dhabi. ~ Amith R

The team is so calm and proffesional. Alot of things i will never forget while dealing with the team. For example, during 1st day ramadhan, fathima patiancely wait and guide me slowly (because i am new to the area and system) until almost dawn for iftar. Not only that, she always calm me in very absolute nicely way when i worried about something which is not within their control, during fasting and she is also sick during that time. Barakallah! Overall alhamdulillah meet with u guys. I pray and wish for the team blessing and overwhelm succes in future. Insyallah. ~ Mior K

~ Dmitry Z

We just recently moved to one of the towers in Al Reem and we were assisted by Fatima. We were so blessed to have been introduced to her as she was very nice and accommodating. She really tried her best to give the best that she can offer. Whenever we need something from her or we have anything for clarification, she was very prompt in responding. She assisted us from the time we were still looking for a space until the time we got our keys. I will surely recommend her to my friends. And thank you much Fatima for helping us find our new home 💕 ~ Eden R

In my search for an apartment within Reem Island, I had a very smooth process with A2Z Solutions. Muhammed Shameel was an extremely supporting, informed and helpful agent even during the holy fasting days of Ramadan. He helped me in seeing apartments of my choice in a very short span of time and his alignment with apartment owner company was fantastic to help me smoothly move in to my new apartment. Not only in the process of renting the apartment but he also helped me in clarifying my zillion queries that I had during the whole process of moving out of my old apartment and moving into the new one. It’s his tremendous patience that helped me make my decision easily. He knows the area very well and is aware of all the process that needs to be followed and is available at all times to sort out any query or issue faced. Even when I had to travel out of UAE for personnel reasons, he made sure that the process did not stop and I got the apartment as per the agreed move-in date. We were assisted by Fathima and had a smooth time in selecting our apartment. Fathima was very kind to introduce us with different areas and understand our requirements. We had multiple options to select from and Fathima helped us with establishing pros and cons of the apartments. We were able to finalise one with proximity to nursery, good community, easy commute to office. Many thanks Fathima for assisting us in new city Regards, Raunak ~ Raunak A
